Licensed staff for residential, strata, commercial and event sites across NSW. One team, one number, uniformed people you will see on site again next week.
Concierge, patrols and after-hours cover for strata buildings and gated estates across Sydney.
Residential and strata work is different to hotel or event security because the same people walk past your concierge every day. Residents learn the guard's name by the second week, and that familiarity is what stops tailgating, nuisance deliveries and the small disputes that would otherwise land on the strata manager's desk. We roster the same two or three staff to your building rather than whoever is free that night, so the hand-off between shifts actually means something. Our patrol work covers the quiet hours when lifts, basement car parks and bin rooms attract the problems a committee hears about a week later. Each shift produces a short written report your building manager reads with their morning coffee, not a tick-box form buried in a portal.
Learn moreOn-site uniformed guards for buildings, retail, hotels and corporate offices.
A static guard is only as good as the brief they work to. We do not drop a uniform at your reception and hope they read the signage. Every site we cover, whether it is a corporate tower in Parramatta, a hotel foyer in the city, or a warehouse gate in Western Sydney, gets a written post order that names the real risks, the escalation ladder and the people who matter. Most of our static work is the full handover cycle, concierge on the front desk during business hours, lock-up and alarm test at 8pm, overnight presence if the site needs it, and a typed report back to the site manager before 8am the next day. That continuity is what separates a guard who catches a problem from a guard who writes it up after.
Learn moreMarked vehicles checking your Sydney site through the night on a randomised schedule.
Mobile patrols are the right answer when a full-time static guard is more than a site needs, but an unattended building is more than the insurer will wear. A marked vehicle pulls into your yard two, three or four times across the night at times the driver does not control, the roster generates them randomly. The driver walks the perimeter, checks every door and gate, flashes a torch through the glass, and looks for anything that has changed since the last visit. Each stop produces a GPS-tagged report with timestamped photos, so the next morning you can see exactly when the driver arrived, how long they stayed, and what they found. We cover Auburn, Parramatta, inner-Sydney and the wider metro area out of the same vehicle pool, which is why a missed run gets re-dispatched inside the hour rather than the next day.
Learn moreLicensed crowd controllers for venues, festivals and private events across Sydney.
Crowd control work is judgement work. A licensed controller's job is to read the room early, speak to the patron who is already two drinks over the line, and keep a situation from escalating into a police job and a liquor licence review. We staff Sydney venues from 50-person private functions through to festivals of several thousand patrons, and the approach scales the same way, a supervisor on comms, a clear command point, defined entry and search lanes, and a written run sheet everyone has read before doors open. For larger events we build the staffing ratio against the venue's capacity, the bar hours, the expected demographic and the egress routes, not a flat guest-count formula. Female and male staff are rostered onto every event so bag and body checks can be done to policy without the queue backing up.
Learn moreStatic guards, patrols and access control for active building sites.
Construction sites in Sydney lose tools, copper, diesel, site sheds and entire lots of timber every quarter, and most of it walks out during the first hour after knock-off or the last hour before light. A gate guard on the evening handover shift, combined with mobile patrols through the balance of the night, changes that economics. Our construction work sits at the intersection of access control and asset protection, we run the sign-in and photo ID for every contractor coming on, track the plant and materials that move off the site, and maintain a daily log the head contractor can produce in a weekly WHS meeting without chasing anyone. For sites in Auburn, Parramatta and Western Sydney we keep the same crew on the roster so contractors stop trying to bluff the gate after the first week.
Learn moreLoss prevention, concierge and back-of-house cover for Sydney retail.
Retail security lives or dies on the first thirty seconds of contact. A uniformed guard at the front door who greets every customer by eye deters casual theft before it starts, and the plain-clothed loss prevention operator on the floor catches the organised crews that came in ready to lift. We run both, usually as a pair, because one without the other leaves half the store uncovered. For shopping centres and arcades we coordinate with centre management and NSW Police local commands so our incident reports slot straight into the centre's broader intelligence file. Back-of-house cover is where a lot of retail shrinkage actually happens, delivery docks, staff rooms and stockrooms are on the same patrol route rather than an afterthought.
Learn moreClose personal protection, corporate risk and VIP transport.
Close personal protection work in Sydney is 80 percent planning and 20 percent presence. The job is to never let the situation reach the point where presence matters, and that is done in the day before, in route surveys, hotel advance checks, venue layouts and a conversation with the principal about what they will and will not accept. Our operators work plain-clothed, travel with or behind the principal in a discreet vehicle, and coordinate with venue security, hotel concierge and NSW Police where the engagement warrants it. We do not offer armed protection ourselves, and we will say so before the quote goes out. Where the risk assessment calls for it, we arrange armed cover via licensed Class 1D partners on request, with the arrangement written into the engagement so the principal and the engaging party know exactly who is on site.
Learn moreAccredited traffic controllers for construction, civil works and Sydney events.
Traffic control is the part of a project where the regulator, the insurer and the council are all watching the same thing, and any one of them can stop the job. We provide TfNSW-accredited controllers for Sydney construction, civil works, events and utility jobs, and we write or implement the Traffic Management Plan that sits behind the deployment. On recurring sites we roster the same controllers back to the same job so they learn the intersection, the peak school drop-off times and the route a specific bus takes, which is the difference between a smooth contraflow and a council complaint. For event road closures we coordinate directly with the local council, NSW Police and the event organiser so the TMP goes in well ahead of the deadline.
