These terms apply to all services provided by Alpha Security and Management (ABN 12 657 826 858) unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We provide licensed security services including residential and strata security, static guarding, mobile patrols, crowd control, construction site security, retail and loss prevention, corporate and executive protection and traffic control. We do not provide investigation services, debt collection, or any service outside the scope of our NSW Master Licence.
A contract forms when you accept a written quote from us in writing (email is sufficient) or when you sign a service agreement. Verbal bookings may be accepted for existing clients and will be confirmed by email before the shift begins.
Our liability to you is limited to the value of the services provided in the 12 months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for consequential or indirect loss (including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business opportunity) to the extent permitted by law.
Our staff operate under non-disclosure in relation to anything observed on your premises. Any footage or records captured on your site remain your property and are handled under the terms of the relevant service agreement.
Our staff operate under the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and our own WHS procedures. You agree to provide a safe place of work, including reasonable rest facilities, weather protection on fixed posts, and a documented induction for hazardous sites.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 14 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if payment is more than 30 days overdue, if our staff are placed at unreasonable risk, or if you ask us to act outside our licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct discussion for at least 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation through the Resolution Institute before any court action.
